SIBARAMBANG MILIKI PEMIMPIN MUDA

Setelah dilantik pada hari Jum'at, 22 September 2017 lalu oleh Bupati Solok H.Gusmal, SE, MM. Wali Nagari nagari Sibarambang terpilih Rudi Hartono menerima estafet kepemimpinan dari pejabat lama Ruslatif, S.IP dalam rangkaian serah terima jabatan yang diselenggarakan oleh BMN setempat.

Penandatanganan berita acara sertijab tersebut berlangsung dengan tertib dan hikmat yang dihadiri oleh seluruh lapisan masyarakat yang tergabung dalam organisasi dan lembaga di Sibarambang seperti BMN, KAN, Bundo kanduang, LPMN, Karang Taruna, MUIN, dll. Sertijab ini juga disaksikan langsung oleh ibu Camat X Koto Diatas, Teta Midra, S.STP beserta Forkompincam lain. Terlihat pula kehadiran salah seorang tokoh masyarakat Sibarambang yang juga anggota DPRD Kab.Solok H.Marson, S.IP. Panitia juga mengundang seluruh pimpinan nagari serta desa yang berbatasan langsung dengan Sibarambang seperti Wali Nagari Labuah Panjang dan Katialo serta Kepala Desa Lumindai, Kajai dan Talago Gunung dari Sawahlunto.

"Kedepannya kita berharap agar Wali Nagari yang baru mampu memberdayakan seluruh lembaga dan organisasi serta masyarakat untuk membangun fisik dan mental masyarakat", ujar salah seorang anggota LPMN.

Sementara itu Ketua BMN, Masriful Ali, S.Ag mengucapkan terima kasih kepada masyarakat yang telah berpartisipasi aktif dalam pesta demokrasi di nagari tersebut dan mengajak seluruh masyarakat agar bersatupadu mendukung seluruh program kerja wali nagari yang baru.

"Tugas wali nagari yang baru bersama dengan niniak mamak cukup berat terutama persoalan tapal batas dengan nagari tetangga yang tak kunjung tuntas" tambah ketua KAN Sibarambang J. Dt. Rajo Bandaro.

Pada kesempatan yang sama Pejabat Wali nagari yang lama menyampaikan ucapan terima kasih dan maaf kepada seluruh masyarakat Sibarambang yang turut membantu jalannya roda pemerintahan semasa beliau meskipun ada yang tidak terlayani dengan baik. Lebih lanjut

Wali Nagari yang baru Rudi Hartono akan membangun Sibarambang sesuai Visi dan Misi yang dirancangnya ketika kampanye lalu. "Prioritas kita membangun dari daerah terluar dan perbatasan" ujarnya.

Memang Wali Nagari zaman sekarang harus pro aktif mengejar pembangunan ke seluruh OPD sesuai dengan program yang ada. "Pembangunan itu harus dikejar ke OPD kabupaten ataupun provinsi" kata H.Marson, S.IP. Karena kalau menunggu dinagari saja kadang dapat kadang tidak. "Pak Wali harus menjaga kemitraan dengan BMN serta berhati-hati juga dalam penggunaan anggaran nagari karena sekarang serba canggih dan seandainya ada penyelewengan anggaran maka masyarakat bisa langsung kirim pesan ke bupati, gubernur, kementrian bahkan presiden" tambah beliau.

Terakhir ibu Camat X Koto Diatas, Teta Midra, S.STP menyampaikan bahwa Wali Nagari agar sering berkoordinasi dengan pihaknya demi pembangunan Sibarambang yang diharapkan selalu mengacu kepada 4 pilar pembangunan di Kabupaten Solok. "Pak Wali harus sering berkoordinasi dengan Kasi yang ada dikecamatan serta PLD terutama terkait penggunaan anggaran dan kami siap membantu" tambahnya.

Mudah-mudahan dengan hadirnya Wali Nagari muda energik ini dapat membawa perubahan Sibarambang kearah yang lebih baik di segala bidang.

Berbagai rangkaian kegiatan diselenggarakan oleh pemuda-pemudi Sibarambang dalam rangka merayakan HUT RI ke-72. Kegiatan utama yang diselenggarakan adalah peringatan detik-dettik proklamasi kemeerdekaan RI yang langsung menjadi Inpektur Upacara adalah Pj. Wali Nagari, Ruslatif, S.IP. Pelaksanaan upacara bendera tahun ini diikuti oleh seluruh lapisan masyarakat yang tersebar di 8 Jorong dikenagarian Sibarambang.

Seusai Upacara Bendera kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan Pawai Alegoris yang melibatkan masyarakat, anak sekolah mulai dari TK sampai tingkat SMP. Rute pawai dimulai dari Simpang Harapan dan finish di Pasar Kamis Jorong Karimbang.

Disamping itu panitia juga mengadakan kegiatan lomba anak nagari yang diikuti oleh pelajar SD dan SMP yang ada di nagari Sibarambang.

Terakhir kegiatan ditutup dengan penyerahan hadiah lomba serta DOOR PRIZE yang sangat menjadi pembeda daripada kegiatan ditahun-tahun sebelumnya.

LINGKUNGAN LITERAT, WARGA SEKOLAH BERMARTABAT

Dengan bergulirnya era reformasi pada tahun 1998, semua orang merasa memilki kebebasan untuk berkreasi, berinovasi, maupun berekspresi. Karena memang hambatan ataupun penghalang untuk berkreatifitas, berinovasi maupun berekspresi hampir tidak ada. Lihat saja hari ini dukungan dari segala asapek terutama teknologi memudahkan orang untuk menggali potensi mereka masing – masing. Kebebasan yang terus menerus terjadi tersebut rupanya tidak selalu memunculkan efek yang positif pula. Hal ini terlihat di kalangan pelajar bahwa kebebasan yang tanpa kontrol memperlihatkan gejala atau akibat yang kurang baik. Terutama bisa kita lihat pada pola dan perilaku kaum terpelajar saat ini.

Pada sisi lain kebebasan mengekspresikan diri bagi kaum terpelajar tersebut juga mendatangkan efek yang tidak sesuai dengan norma dan aturan yang berlaku dilingkungannya. Sekarang ini mereka bebas menulis, bebas berbicara, bahkan bebas memfitnah, bebas mencaci maki. Kebebasan tersebut tidak terkontrol tujuannya. Baik itu kepada yang tua, sama besar ataupun lebih kecil dari mereka. Kebebasan yang terus menerus membuat kita semua kecolongan, sehingga kembali masyarakat luas menilai bahwa lembaga pendidikan belum berhasil dalam upaya memanusiakan anak manusia.

Keberhasilan lembaga pendidikan memang lebih banyak diukur dari seberapa baik sikap dan tingkah laku yang di perlihatkan oleh para lulusannya. Ketika seorang pelajar kurang berkenan dimata masyarakat, maka yang menjadi sasarannya adalah sekolah. Namun jika prilakunya sesuai dengan keinginan masyarakat maka sekolah tidak begitu di apresiasi.

Selaras dengan fenomena diatas  bahwa PISA 2009 juga menyimpulkan bahwa praktik pendidikan yang dilaksanakan disekolah belum mampu memperlihatkan fungsi sekolah sebagai organisasi pembelajaran yang berupaya menjadikan semua warganya terampil membaca untuk mendukung mereka menjadi pembelajar sepanjang hayat. Oleh sebab itu Kementrian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan meluncurkan sebuah terobosan untuk semua jenjang pendidikan. Terobosan tersebut adalah Gerakan Literasi Sekolah (GLS). Gerakan Literasi Sekolah atau GLS adalah sebuah upaya yang dilakukan secara menyeluruh dan berkelanjutan untuk menjadikan sekolah sebagai organisasi pembelajaran yang menyenangkan bagi peserta didik dengan melibatkan seluruh elemen masyarakat.

Secara umum tujuan GLS tersebut adalah menumbuhkembangkan budi pekerti peserta didik melalui pembudayaan ekosistem literasi sekolah yang diwujudkan dalam Gerakan Literasi Sekolah agar mereka menjadi pembelajar sepanjang hayat. Artinya terobosan GLS ini ingin memberikan efek yang positif terhadap tingkah laku seluruh warga sekolah.

Sedangkan tujuan khususnya adalah 1) menumbuhkembangkan budaya literasi membaca dan menulis siswa di sekolah, 2) meningkatkan kapasitas warga dan lingkungan sekolah agar literat, 3) menjadikan sekolah sebagai taman belajar yang menyenangkan dan ramah anak agar warga sekolah mampu mengelola pengetahuan, 4) menjaga keberlanjutan pembelajaran dengan menghadirkan beragam buku bacaan dan mewadahi berbagai strategi membaca.

Merujuk pada kedua tujuan diatas bahwa Gerakan Literasi Sekolah (GLS) harus dilaksanakan secara kolaboratif oleh seluruh komponen yang ada disekolah maupun masyarakat diluar sekolah. Artinya GLS harus mampu menggerakan seluruh komponen internal maupun eksternal sekolah. Seiring kemajuan teknologi gerakan literasi ini tidak sekedar kegiatan membaca dan menulis saja, namun mencakup kepada kemampuan seseorang mengadopsi informasi dari berbagai sumber baik audio, video, cetak ataupun elektronik.

Clay (2001) dan Ferguson (www.bibliotech.us/pdfs/InfoLit.pdf) menjabarkan bahwa komponen literasi informasi terdiri atas literasi dini, literasi dasar, literasi perpustakaan, literasi media, literasi teknologi, dan literasi visual. Dalam konteks Indonesia, literasi dini diperlukan sebagai dasar pemerolehan berliterasi tahap selanjutnya. Komponen literasi tersebut dijelaskan sebagai berikut:

1.       Literasi Dini [Early Literacy (Clay, 2001)], yaitu kemampuan untuk menyimak, memahami bahasa lisan, dan berkomunikasi melalui gambar dan lisan yang dibentuk oleh pengalamannya berinteraksi dengan lingkungan sosialnya di rumah. Pengalaman peserta didik dalam berkomunikasi dengan bahasa ibu menjadi fondasi perkembangan literasi dasar.

2.       Literasi Dasar (Basic Literacy), yaitu kemampuan untuk mendengarkan, berbicara, membaca, menulis, dan menghitung (counting) berkaitan dengan kemampuan analisis untuk memperhitungkan (calculating), mempersepsikan informasi (perceiving), mengomunikasikan, serta menggambarkan informasi (drawing) berdasarkan pemahaman dan pengambilan kesimpulan pribadi.

3.       Literasi Perpustakaan (Library Literacy), antara lain, memberikan pemahaman cara membedakan bacaan fiksi dan nonfiksi, memanfaatkan koleksi referensi dan periodikal, memahami Dewey Decimal System sebagai klasifikasi pengetahuan yang memudahkan dalam menggunakan perpustakaan, memahami penggunaan katalog dan pengindeksan, hingga memiliki pengetahuan dalam memahami informasi ketika sedang menyelesaikan sebuah tulisan, penelitian, pekerjaan, atau mengatasi masalah.

4.       Literasi Media (Media Literacy), yaitu kemampuan untuk mengetahui berbagai bentuk media yang berbeda, seperti media cetak, media elektronik (media radio, media televisi), media digital (media internet), dan memahami tujuan penggunaannya.

5.       Literasi Teknologi (Technology Literacy), yaitu kemampuan memahami kelengkapan yang mengikuti teknologi seperti peranti keras (hardware), peranti lunak (software), serta etika dan etiket dalam memanfaatkan teknologi.

6.       Literasi Visual (Visual Literacy), adalah pemahaman tingkat lanjut antara literasi media dan literasi teknologi, yang mengembangkan kemampuan dan kebutuhan belajar dengan memanfaatkan materi visual dan audiovisual secara kritis dan bermartabat. Tafsir terhadap materi visual yang tidak terbendung, baik dalam bentuk cetak, auditori, maupun digital (perpaduan ketiganya disebut teks multimodal), perlu dikelola dengan baik. Bagaimanapun di dalamnya banyak manipulasi dan hiburan yang benarbenar perlu disaring berdasarkan etika dan kepatutan.

Dalam rangka mengimplementasikan Gerakan Literasi Sekolah (GLS), maka sekolah bisa mengukur dan merencanakan tentang kegiatan literasi seperti apa yang bisa diterapkan. Hal ini tentu tergantung kepada sarana dan prasarana pendukung disebuah sekolah. Sementara itu seluruh warga sekolah harus punya komitmen dan keteladanan terhadap seluruh peserta didik tentang upaya menjadikan sekolah sebagai lingkungan yang literat sehingga prilaku warga sekolah bermartabat. The Beauty Of the Kuta Beach

Kuta is the exciting tourist area on the southern part of Bali. It is located in southwestern Bali, just minutes from the airpot.
